So what is their secret sauce?  What is it that has earned them over six hundred 5-star google reviews?  It all comes down to this… the amazing team members who work at Idaho Seamless Gutter.  The magic starts with them.  The award-winning gutter installation Meridian ID has come to know is possible only because of the great Idaho Seamless Gutter team members.

Driving all over Idaho and Oregon in his little tacoma, owner Ben leads the sales department and keeps himself busy with administrative duties.  The gutter installation Meridian ID office is where you will often find co-owner Mel working on various projects as the ISG community care coordinator.  She is proud to be the “company mom,” often delivering coffees and material to the crews.  A natural people person, she does a fantastic job developing and fostering relationships with other local businesses and organizations.  Idaho Seamless Gutter is involved in various community outreaches such as volunteering gutter installation labor for the Boise Rescue Mission and leading home improvement projects for local widows and cancer patients.

Driving in the Ford you will find Scott, the operations manager.  Scott, or coach as he is often called, is the first full time team member that Idaho Seamless Gutter hired.  He does everything from helping Ben with estimates, to managing the shop and material inventory, to leading the installation crews.  One of the most trustworthy men you will ever meet, Scott is a friend to all and a great asset to the gutter installation Meridian ID team.

Without fail every single day, Jason (or Sarge) will be the first guy to work.  Jason is a soldier in the National Guard and one heck of a gutter installer.  He currently holds the title (self-proclaimed) for the “best gutter miter maker” in the country!  Jason has been on the gutter installation Meridian ID team for over 2 years and is a crew lead.

Damian is the official Chevy driver who is usually pulling a gutter trailer all over the valley.  He is a highly detailed worker who does an excellent job.  He goes by “Milwaukee” because – 1. He is from Wisconsin and 2. His tools are all red.  Damian has been on the gutter installation Meridian ID team for over a year now and has earned a spot as a certified installer.  

Caleb and Gracie (Ben and Mel’s young adult children) have been a part of the gutter installation Meridian ID team from day one.  As a pre-teen Caleb helped Ben do the first ever Idaho Seamless Gutter install.  He now is a professional media creator and helps Idaho Seamless Gutter in the multimedia space.  Gracie, also a professional people person like her Mom, has done everything from washing company trucks, helping Dad with bids, and even spent some time on the ladder. She currently runs Idaho Seamless Gutter’s referral program as she is going to college. 

Well the secret is out now.  What makes Idaho Seamless Gutter a great company?  The people!  Each team member who is a part of the team makes Idaho Seamless Gutter not only a great company for homeowners to hire, but also makes Idaho Seamless Gutter a great place to work.  It’s like a family, and it’s a growing family.  As we continue to grow, we will be hiring.

OUR TEAM

We have a culture of honor and are always learning how to best serve our amazing clients and our fellow team members. We bless the widows, veterans and those in need by doing community projects (on the clock) such as free gutter cleanings. Family comes first on our team so most work weeks are Monday through Thursday, with Fridays reserved for busy seasons or if more work is desired by a team member. We strive to be very dependable and professional in all we do. We have an above average standard of work and expectation of character from our team members, and we are willing to compensate our team above average to achieve that goal.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A good candidate for this job would understand or have the capacity to understand basic home construction, specifically roofing and gutter systems. A good candidate would be mindful of being efficient and would be very detail oriented. The willingness and ability to communicate with the team and with our clients is very important to us.

  • Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Willingness and ability to work in all types of weather
  • Willingness and ability to work on ladders and roofs at high elevations
